Certificate Entrepreneurship

The aim of the Entrepreneurship Certificate Programme is, in line with the mission statement of the Jade University of Applied Sciences, to (innovatively) actively promote students' creativity, systematically develop their ability to implement ideas, (competently) strengthen interdisciplinary problem-solving skills and (attentively) respond to different experiences and life situations.
- Supplement to the Jade University degree programme
- A certificate is issued by the UGIupon passing the examinations
- Prerequisite for participation: Enrolment at the Jade University of Applied Sciences
- The programme is a voluntary additional service that can be recognised as an elective or optional subject in some degree programmes
- All modules of the certificate programmecan be completed withintwo semesters . A longer duration is possible as long as the student is enrolled at the Jade University.
From the winter semester 25/26, the programme can also be completed by external participants as further education . Further information is available from the Centre for Continuing Educationcontact person: Eva Kramer.
In order to obtain the certificate, two compulsory modules (6 ECTS credits each) must be successfully completed and three compulsory elective modules (without awarding ECTS credits) must be completed. The compulsory modules "Business Simulation Startup" and "Business Startup Practice" are offered alternately in the summer and winter semesters. The compulsory elective modules may vary depending on the semester.
