About the project

Funding: Through the ‘FH-Personal’ funding scheme run by the federal and state governments.

Objective: Nationwide support for universities of applied sciences. Development and implementation of strategies for the strategic recruitment of academic staff. The aim is to ensure that these processes are carried out more quickly and successfully in future.

Duration: 2021 to 2027.

Funding: The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture, and the Joint Science Conference (GWK).
