The objective of this project is to analyze and investigate, especially in comparative terms, the role of social dialogue and labour relations in the working conditions of workers, companies and Trade Unions due to the effects of the implementation of telework in Companies. Teleworking has been quickly imposed as a result of the covid19 and presents a series of limitations that must be taken into account and that affect companies, workers and unions. The exchange of experiences in different countries and the solution that social dialogue and knowledge of the industrial relationship have given to the problems derived from teleworking in companies can lead us to identify recommendations and good practices that can be disseminated at the European level. The research project aims to meet the following more specific objectives: 1. Study the existence of specific regulations at the state, regional or local level in the participating countries regarding the regulation of teleworking and / or the existence of a specific agreement that regulates teleworking and evaluates the different working conditions of the agreements generated through of tripartite bargaining - Social Partners (unions and employers). 2. Identify the challenges and challenges faced by the main interest groups (unions, employers and employees or job seekers) in the improvement of working conditions due to the implementation of teleworking. Barriers, such as measuring the productivity of displaced employees, the lack of social ties that are so important for unions to develop their activity or the isolation it produces in the individual. 3. Identify the advantages produced by the implementation of telework in the working conditions of a company, from the point of view of the company, the union and the workers. 4. Compare the role of social dialogue and labour relations on telework in different countries and if it has specific regulations to improve work-life balance and reduce the gender gap, if it exists in participating countries. 5. Investigate how new trends in the economy and business context, such as digitization, globalization, demographic developments, climate change and technological change, including artificial intelligence, influence the advancement of teleworking implementation. 6.
