Examination regulations

The framework conditions for studying are regulated in legally binding examination regulations. The examination regulations for a degree program consist of a general section (Part A) and a specific section (Part B). Part A regulates the content that applies equally to all degree programs across all departments at Jade University. Part B regulates the specific requirements for each degree program.

The examination regulations that were in force at the time of your enrollment or to which you may have switched on the basis of transitional provisions apply.

Many regulations are published here as so-called “unofficial reading versions.” If regulations are changed but the basic structure remains the same, the entire regulation is not changed. An amendment regulation is drafted, which only describes the passages to be changed.To ensure that the regulations remain readable, the changes are incorporated into the basic structure after approval. For official purposes, such as (re)accreditation, the official versions from the gazette must be used.
