This program prepares the students to take on management functions for media projects when they have finished their studies. These functions include the planning, organization, leadership, supervision, implementation and monitoring of media projects.

Business computing experts create, develop, support and use the software systems which are necessary in today’s economy.

The Engineering and Management program prepares students for the area of responsibility found at the interface of the economical and technical functions within an enterprise. It also qualifies, however, for a position in a completely business or technically oriented area.

A special feature of the department is the study offer for women: in the first three semesters the women studying Engineering and Management may choose to complete their studies in groups of women only.

After successfully completing the Bachelor study program in Engineering and Management or Business Computing, it is possible to continue in the Master’s program Engineering and Management.

An alternative to the traditional on-campus programs is the online study program Engineering and Management which offers students the maximum flexibility in terms of time and location.
