La Trobe is offering both a scholarship and a bursary for Study Abroad students in 2026 and 2027:

1. Wominjeka Study Abroad Scholarship. This scholarship has two streams:          

Stream 1: For students eager to explore the rich and diverse culture of Australia's First Nations people. Students must enrol in a minimum of one Indigenous studies unit/subject.
Stream 2: For students who face barriers to studying abroad due to personal, financial, or systemic adversity.

25% reduction in tuition fees:

4 subject semester package (60 La Trobe credits): AUD 11,200 - 25% = Total tuition AUD 8,400.
3 subject semester package (45 La Trobe credits): AUD 8,400 - 25% = Total tuition AUD 6,300.

2. Study Abroad Bursary (open to all students not receiving a Wominjeka scholarship): La Trobe recognises that the cost of studying in Australia can be a significant barrier for many students, and the rising expense of visas is an increasing concern To help ease this burden, we’ve introduced a new bursary: all Study Abroad students enrolling in a semester- or year-long program will receive a AUD 1,000 reduction in tuition fees. Students are not required to apply for this bursary.

AU$1,000 reduction in tuition fees:

4 subject semester package (60 La Trobe credits): AUD 11,200 - 1000 = Total tuition AUD 10,200.
3 subject semester package (45 La Trobe credits): AUD 8,400 - 1000 = Total tuition AUD 5,400.

The registration fee is 260 € and includes:
•            Access to all lectures, workshops, and creative sessions
•            3 lunches, 2 dinners, coffee breaks, and snacks
•            Guided tour of Wrocław’s Old Town
•            Boat cruise on the Odra River
•            Full-day excursion to Książ Castle and the Church of Peace (transport, entrance fees, and traditional lunch included)
•            VAT
Our 5-day programme includes workshops, discussions, cultural activities, and networking, offering valuable insights into international cooperation, communication, and project development - all while discovering the charm of our historic city and meeting colleagues from across Europe.
This Staff Week is dedicated to administrative and academic staff members.
All sessions will be held in English (minimum B2 level recommended). 
Participation may be funded by Erasmus+ Staff Training grants provided by the participant’s home university.

Greetings from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania! 

We are pleased to invite you to participate in our Partners Days 2026, taking place on February 9-10, 2026. During this event, you will have the opportunity to take part in the Go Abroad Fair 2026, which is dedicated to promoting study abroad opportunities to KTU students. We would be delighted to have you join the fair and showcase your institution directly to our students. 

This two-day event offers a wonderful chance to get to know KTU, network with colleagues from other universities, and exchange ideas on student mobility. 

Each university is welcome to send up to two participants.
